1-choose a target
You have 2 programs to choose from here. You can join the program where you can shred some fat or a program where you can pack on muscle. You'll always have the option later on down the road to switch programs if your goals change.
2-Download the app
Once you've chosen your path you'll get an invite to download our app. This will be your home base; where you will access your workouts, track your progress, and communicate with your coach. Each month/block you will log-in to the app and see your workouts for the week. Every workout will be laid out in detail showing you exactly how many sets, reps, and have a video detailing exactly how to perform the exercise.
